    Abstract: A method for synthesizing peptide thioesters and a head-to-tail amide cyclic peptide thereof, which belongs to the technical field of chemical pharmaceuticals and fine chemical preparation. The method comprises the following steps: (1) using resin A as a carrier and using a solid-phase synthesis strategy to obtain a resin peptide; (2) cutting the resin to obtain a fully protected peptide; (3) performing an esterification reaction with p-chlorophenyl thiophenol in a TCFH/alkali condensation system to generate p-chlorophenyl thioester; (4) removing the protecting group to obtain a peptide thioester; and (5) further cyclizing to obtain a head-to-tail cyclic peptide. The preparation of the thioester peptide and the head-to-tail amide cyclic peptide provides a simple technical route with wide universality and a high yield, and has a wide range of applications in the technology of chemical pharmaceuticals and fine chemical preparation.

    Abstract: A system control method includes receiving a control task and randomly selecting a chromosome from an evolution pool according to the control task. The selected chromosome is decoded to obtain (N+1) ensemble policies, where the chromosome includes (N+1) gene fragments, and where N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1. Each gene fragment can uniquely correspond to an ensemble policy, and each ensemble policy can uniquely correspond to a preset function. One ensemble policy is used for assigning a weight to a preset function that uniquely corresponds to the ensemble policy. The evolution pool can maintain two or more chromosomes. An ensemble calculation is performed according to weights assigned by the (N+1) ensemble policies to obtain an ensemble control output. A control signal is generated according to the ensemble control output, where the control signal is used for performing system control.

A rail is arranged on the vessel and is in sliding connection with the topside module, so that the topside module slides onto the vessel from land. During the transportation of the topside module, the buoyancy of the floating structure is adjusted through the adjustment mechanism, so that the floating structure provides sufficient anti-rolling moments beside the vessel, thereby reducing the vibration of the topside module caused by the winds and waves during the sailing and reducing the potential damage to the topside module.
