Abstract: Provided are a lock cylinder and an unlocking key. The lock cylinder includes: a lock housing; a lock core, herein the lock core is rotatably arranged in the lock housing; a locking member, herein the locking member is movably arranged between the lock core and the lock housing and provided with a locking position and an unlocking position; a locking blade, herein the locking blade is movably connected to the lock core and capable of stopping or avoiding the movement of the locking member so as to lock or unlock the locking member; a driving assembly, herein at least part of the driving assembly is movably arranged relative to the locking member, and the driving assembly is capable of stopping or avoiding the movement of the locking member so as to lock or unlock the locking member.
