  • Publication number: 20240117740
Abstract: Disclosed is a detection device for a working surface. The detection device (100) comprises: a plurality of hydraulic supports (101), a laser ranging set (102), a displacement sensor (103), a hydroelectric signal conversion module (104), and a support controller (105) which are disposed on a working surface. The laser ranging set (102) is disposed below a top beam of a first target hydraulic support among the plurality of hydraulic supports and parallel to a post of the first target hydraulic support, and is configured to determine error length and send the error length to the hydroelectric signal conversion module (104). The displacement sensor (103) is configured to at least obtain the degrees of inclination of the hydraulic supports (101) and send the degrees of inclination to the hydroelectric signal conversion module (104).

  • Publication number: 20230055742
Abstract: Provided are a strain ofBeijerinckia fluminensis and an application thereof in arsenic oxidation. The strain is AS-56, and has been deposited in the China Center for Type Culture Collection on 5 Dec. 2019, the deposit number being CCTCC NO: M 20191014. The strain AS-56 of Beijerinckia fluminensis can oxidise As(III) to the less toxic As(V) and can completely oxidize 0.15 g/L of As(III) solution to As(V), greatly reducing arsenic toxicity, and thus having wide prospects for application in environmental remediation.

  • Publication number: 20220356517
Abstract: The invention discloses a method for identifying the bacterial species and key functional genes thereof involved in antimony reduction in the soil. After consuming the original substrate by starvation culture, the sole metabolic substrate is added and the sole electron acceptor Sb(V) is provided, so that there is only one dominant electron exchange process in the system. The microorganisms metabolize and oxidize the organic substrate while coupling with the reduction of antimony, so that Sb(V) gets electrons and is reduced to Sb(III). The present invention observes the Sb(V) reduction in an anaerobic culture system of paddy soil under Sb(V) stress, and uses DNA-SIP technology to identify the phylogenic information of microorganisms that can drive the Sb(V) reduction in the culture system.
