The Rho kinase inhibitor designates a compound of Formula I, a stereoisomer thereof or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The Rho kinase inhibitor promotes endothelial cells and endothelin expression, prostenin expression, and vascular factors NO synthesis and secretion, has a promoting effect on proprostin expression independently of the doses used, shows lower toxicity, while being safer.

Abstract: A brucine gel formulation, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. Said gel formulation comprises 0.5%-1% of brucine, 0.5%-3% of a gel matrix and 10%-30% of a co-solvent. Said brucine hydrogel does not contain a transdermal enhancer, but has an excellent transdermal effect, is easy to coat, has good biosolubility, good skin absorption and good drug film adhesion, and is non-irritating to the skin and mucosa.

The solution preparation for aerosol inhalation of carbocisteine of the present disclosure comprises carbocisteine, a salt thereof and/or a hydrate thereof, a metal complexing agent, a pH adjusting agent, and water for injection. The solution preparation for aerosol inhalation of carbocisteine of the present disclosure has the characteristics of high efficiency, low toxicity, good stability and high safety, and particularly, greatly reduces the hepatotoxicity and the renal toxicity to patients using the drug.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and computer program product are provided for routing data packets through a wireless sensor network to a mobile sink in a relatively quick and efficient manner while utilizing low protocol overhead. Additionally, a method, apparatus, and computer program product are provided such that a sensor node within a wireless sensor network maintains sink information and routing information to facilitate efficient delivery of a data packet to a mobile sink within a wireless sensor network.
