The movable unit is provided in the air duct and adjacent to the air outlet, and is able to move in a radial direction of the air outlet. The movable unit is provided with an air-guiding face which is used for changing a flow direction of air in the air duct passing through the air-guiding face. Also disclosed is an air conditioner.
