  • Publication number: 20070067125
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method for inspection of the quality of products produced by a production system, by monitoring the exhaustiveness, effectiveness and reliability of a traceability system associated with said production system. The method includes the following steps: determination of a plurality of domains of said traceability system to be inspected; determination of a plurality of criteria to be monitored for each of said domains, said criteria for a domain being correlated to each other; for each of said criteria, assignment of a numerical data representing a quality value by measurement through at least one sensor and/or by assessment; for each of said domains, multiplication of all said numerical data for each said criterion in said domain and application of a mathematical regression function to the resulting product to obtain a numerical data representative of a quality value of said domain; comparison of said numerical data with at least one predetermined threshold for each of said domains.

  • Publication number: 20050027726
Abstract: A service platform comprises: (a) a traceability database intended to receive, from computer apparatus of each actor in the logistics chain, an identifier of an operation carried out, an identifier of the operator, information concerning the date the operation was carried out, and an identifier of the operation carried out immediately upstream of or downstream of the given actor; (b) a database, recording (in memory) the rights of access of each actor, to information stored in the respective databases of the other actors; and (c) a routing database, providing the information needed for routing of the information between the actors, depending on data furnished by the traceability database and depending on the right-of-access database.
