Abstract: A waist-belt including at least one embedded, retractably controllable pet leash for freeing a user's hand when walking or running with a dog, with means coupled with the belt to attach to, and allow, carrying of a grocery or shopping bag, a pocketbook, or water bottle at the same time, and with controllable front and rear manners of illumination to provide visualized warnings and detection of such activities safely during both daytime and nighttime hours.
