    Abstract: A cooking system includes at least two individually controllable cooking stations. Each cooking station is operably connected to a degree of cooking monitoring apparatus which ascertains a degree of cooking of food to be cooked at the cooking station. A coordinating facility is connected to the cooking stations for data communication and sets operating parameters of the cooking stations and receives a target cooking time end common for the cooking stations. The cooking system determines during a cooking process running at the cooking stations an expected cooking time end in response to an ascertained degree of cooking, and adapts in the event that the expected cooking time end for at least one of the cooking stations does not match the common target cooking time end an operating parameter for the this cooking station such that the common target cooking time end is achieved during running operation by this cooking station.

    Abstract: A household PEF cooking appliance includes a cooking product container fillable with liquid and cooking product and including, on its inner faces, a plurality of mutually insulated electrodes. An excitation device supplies at least two of the plurality of electrodes with pulsed electric signals, and a resistance measuring device applies a measuring signal to at least two of the plurality of the electrodes in order to measure an associated current signal and to determine a resistance value of a content of the cooking product container. A control device operates the excitation device and the resistance measuring device separately and operates the excitation device based on the resistance value.

    Abstract: A household PEF cooking device includes a cooking product container which can be filled with liquid and includes PEF electrodes which lie opposite one another and between which a cooking product can be introduced. A PEF signal generator applies PEF signals to the PEF electrodes, and a control device control the PEF signal generator. An IR sensor which measures contactlessly is disposed at a distance from the PEF electrodes and connected to the control device. A measuring dot of the IR sensor encompasses an outer face of an electrically conductive region of a wall of the cooking product container, which electrically conductive region can be contacted on an inner face by the liquid when the cooking product container is full.

    Abstract: A removable container for a product to be cooked for use in a PEF cooking appliance has a treatment chamber including at least two PEF electrodes between which a product to be cooked can be introduced and to which PEF signals pulsed with alternating polarity can be applied. Further provided are a sensor and a sensor circuit which includes an energy supply device configured without battery and DC-isolated from the PEF cooking appliance, an evaluation circuit connected to the sensor and the energy supply device, and a data transmission device connected to the evaluation circuit and the energy supply device.
