  • Patent number: 11454342
Abstract: A watertight flange for jointing and repairing pipes is provided that includes a ring-shaped sealing gasket (2) and a metal body (3) that is perimetrically coupled on the circular surface of the ring-shaped gasket (2). The sealing gasket (2) and the metal body (3) are pressed by closing and clamping elements externally incorporated determined by bolts (4) transversally inserted in respective pairs of parallel through-axles (5) and joined integral with the metal body (3). The metal body (3) has approximately the same length as the ring-shaped gasket (2), with respective lateral ends perpendicularly folded inward and having radial cuts (31) that define related rims (32) that determine retaining means of the said ring-shaped gasket (2) in the metal body (3) and, eventually, means interlocking the watertight flange (1) itself on the surface of the pipes to be jointed.

  • Patent number: 9200733
Abstract: A splicing ring for tubular high-pressure fluid conduits includes an inner metal ring formed of two independent and identical band halves having side edges. The side edges are folded downwards at a right angle and are configured as positioning and retaining elements of an O-ring. The O-ring rests upon the ends of the two tubular conduits to be spliced.

  • Patent number: 8783730
Abstract: A flange assembly for a watertight coupling of smooth surface pipe includes a triple metal ring provided for anchoring and retention and having three unitary rings which are identical and form substantially an entirety of a circumference and a sheet on which the unitary rings are solidly joined and which constitutes a base of the triple ring. Each of the unitary rings is provided throughout an entirety of its inner edge with folds forming in their outer most part a succession of vertices. The unitary rings are configured to rest on a smooth outer surface of pipes and the vertices are driven into the smooth outer surface to prevent an axial displacement allowing an application of the triple ring, and to distribute a penetrating action so as to decrease a possibility of tearing and damage of the smooth outer surface of the pipes.

  • Patent number: 8070190
Abstract: A security splicing system of aligned pipes against an expansion and/or contraction thereof due to variations in temperatures, has a flange unit providing a stability and watertightness of a splice, and including a double flange with two identical fastening elements gripping an outer face of an end area of two previously spliced pipes with a watertight connecting flange, so that an accidental displacement of the watertight connecting flange is prevented in an event that dimensions of the end area of the pipes vary due to an expansion or contraction.

  • Publication number: 20110133450
Abstract: A security splicing system of aligned pipes against an expansion and/or contraction thereof has a double flange including two anchoring elements anchorable to an outer surface of ends of the pipes to he spliced and a water tight joining flange, and internal lock rings disposed correspondingly in an interior of the ends of the pipes to be spliced substantially underneath the anchoring elements and adjustable to abut against an inner face of the ends of the pipes thus preventing from the interior a deformation of the ends of the pipes under the action of a pressure applied by the anchoring elements from an exterior of the ends of the pipes.
