  • Patent number: 12385751
Abstract: Apparatuses, media, and methods associated with providing guidance while performing tasks are described. Guidance can be provided in the form of directions for reaching a destination. For example, the guidance can include determining a destination and/or providing directions to reach the destination in the least amount of time. The guidance can include directions in the form of audible turn by turn instructions, a route shown on a map, and/or indications by streetlights or street signs (e.g., the route to the destination is indicated by flashing streetlights or words shown on street signs), among other types of guidance. Guidance can be provided in the form of instructions for performing a task. For example, the guidance can include instructions for treating a medical condition of an individual in an ambulance.

  • Publication number: 20240272703
Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, and systems associated with a smart nose with machine learning are described. A system can include a smart nose device configured to receive an odor and create a first odor vector associated with the odor. The system can include an image detection device configured to receive a plurality of images while the odor is received and identify a plurality of objects within the plurality of images. The system can also include a computing device to refine the first odor vector based on the identified plurality of objects, create, utilizing a machine learning model, a second odor vector based on the refined first odor vector and an odor pattern database, and predict the odor based on the second odor vector.

  • Publication number: 20220392011
Abstract: A method includes receiving, at an artificial intelligence (AI) accelerator of a computing system, image data of one or more objects from an image sensor and performing an AI operation on the image data at the AI accelerator of the computing system using an AI model. The method further includes determining a custom cleaning cycle at the AI accelerator in response to performing the AI operation.

  • Publication number: 20220055631
Abstract: Methods, devices, and systems related to sensor monitoring in a vehicle are described. In an example, a method can include receiving a trained artificial intelligence (AI) model at a memory device in a vehicle, transmitting the trained AI model to a processing resource in the vehicle, receiving, at the processing resource, data associated with a person located in the vehicle from a sensor included in a computing device and data associated with the vehicle from a sensor included in the vehicle, inputting the received data into the AI model at the processing resource, and sending a command in response to an output of the AI model.

  • Patent number: 5540892
Abstract: The invention is directed to a method for removing an aliquot of a liquid sample from an analytical bag containing the liquid sample in which the analytical bag is placed on a base having an aperture; an aliquot of sample is isolated from the balance of liquid sample in the bag by compressing the bag with a collared element surrounding the aperture; the isolated aliquot is compressed by the collared element into the aperture so that the compressed sample causes the bag to rupture spilling the aliquot of sample through the aperture; the sample is collected; and a seal is formed in the bag between the rupture area and the balance of sample in the bag.
