  • Patent number: 11972388
Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to providing real-time response strategies in a supply chain. A system may be configured to obtain first sensor data collected from a first tracking device associated with a first asset, determine a first set of external data associated with the first asset, determine, based at least in part on the first sensor data and the first set of external data, a probability of failure and a mode of failure, and responsive to a determination that the probability of failure exceeds a failure threshold: determine a mitigation for the mode of failure that is available based at least in part on the first sensor data and the first set of external data, determine one or more real-world actions corresponding to the mitigation that, if performed, remediate the mode of failure, and cause the one or more real-world actions to be performed.

  • Publication number: 20180114198
Abstract: Reminders are provided to a user. A particular reminder for the user and a confidence level associated with the particular reminder are input. A current priority level for the particular reminder is then computed, where this computation is based on reminder prioritization factors that include this confidence level, a current context for the user, and additional information about this current context. One or more user notification methods for providing the particular reminder to the user are then selected, where this selection is based on notification method selection factors that include the computed current priority level for the particular reminder, the current context for the user, and the additional information about this current context. The selected user notification methods are then utilized to provide the particular reminder to the user.

  • Patent number: 7862338
Abstract: This invention provides a crayon of special external configuration arranged to facilitate the training and development of a tripod grip in the use of pencils, pens and the like. The crayon has a body which has convexly curved end portions and at least first, second and third surfaces which are defined intermediate the body end portions in such manner as to impart to the body a generally triangular transverse cross-sectional shape of a location substantially centrally between the body and portions. Those surfaces converge toward one of the body end portions. The intersections of at least two of the surfaces with each and with the body end portions are smoothly convexly curved.
