Abstract: The pants or skirt with integral exercise bands is adapted for use in exercise. The pants or skirt with integral exercise bands comprises a garment and a pelvic girdle. The pelvic girdle is attaches to the garment. The pants or skirt with integral exercise bands is a pelvic girdle adapted for use in a garment selected from the group consisting of a pair of pants or a skirt. The pelvic girdle is an elastic fabric that is formed in the shape of a tube. The pelvic girdle is positioned within the garment such that when the garment is worn normally, the normal locomotive motions of the wearer are resisted by the pelvic girdle therein enhancing the exercise benefit generally provided by the normal locomotive motion. Normal locomotive motions include, but are not limited to, walking forward, walking backward, stepping sideways, bending over, and stooping.

Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed to initiate detonation. The apparatus includes a first hollow cylinder, a second hollow cylinder laterally spaced from the first hollow cylinder, each of the first and second hollow cylinders having an inner surface and an outer surface, and extending longitudinally between a first end and a second end. A spring is disposed in each of the first and second cylinders, and a firing pin is disposed in each of the first and second cylinders, wherein the spring is positioned between the first end of each of the first and second cylinders and the firing pin. A sear lever is in communication with each of the firing pins, and bushings are disposed between the sear lever and each of the first and second hollow cylinders, positioned so that the sear lever is insulated from contact of the outer surface of the hollow cylinders.

The blanket is reversible and can be designed with/without detachable booties/feet. Only the detachable booties/feet are not reversible, the rest of the blanket is reversible. The reversible blanket (with attached pants) is designed for easy access “just put baby/child/adult inside the pants and you're ready to go. Reverse the blanket by simply turning inside out.
