    Abstract: An implantable support implantable in a neophallus to support a neopenis includes a first tubular sleeve extending from a proximal end portion to a distal end portion; a first base coupled to the proximal end portion of the first tubular sleeve, where the first base is adapted to be secured to a pubic ramus of a pelvis; and a first opening formed in the first tubular sleeve, where the first opening communicates with a recess that is sized to receive an implantable penile prosthesis. The first tubular sleeve is adapted to provide the neophallus with an artificial tunica located between the recess and the neophallus of the neopenis.
