Abstract: Various embodiments of user interface structures for handheld mobile devices are disclosed. In some embodiments, the user interface structure can include a frame surrounding a carrier portion which secures a mobile device. The shape of the frame can be related to an intended use or application of the mobile device. For example, in embodiments wherein the mobile device is used to play a driving-type video game, the frame can be in the shape of a steering wheel. The structure can be configured to allow the user to grasp and move the frame so as to simultaneously move the handheld mobile device. The structure can further serve as a protective enclosure that can prevent the mobile device from being damaged.
