  • Patent number: 12210743
Abstract: A novel system and method for navigating virtual tours using Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). The system and method allows a user to select a virtual tour from a plurality of virtual tour providers. The system and method presents the user with content related to POI from a plurality of media content providers. The system and method can overlay a virtual tour with WCAG-compliant buttons and graphics. The system and method disable the navigation and points of interest contents from the native virtual tours and presents WCAG-compliant navigation hot keys and points of interest.

  • Patent number: 11808542
Abstract: An accessory slide stop is retrofit for commercially available and military application pistols. The slide stop acts as an add-on lever that replaces an existing lever of the pistol. The slide stop helps decrease the time it takes to reload the pistol. The slide stop is an extended body over that which is known in the art. The slide stop optimizes a position from which the slide stop can be hit by the operator, allows the operator to use either hand as the his or her support hand (non-trigger hand) without having to include two slide stops on each side of the pistol, and even changes the direction in which the operator is allowed to hit the slide stop in order to release the slide such that it is consistent with the direction in which the operator's support hand is already traveling as a result of reloading a charged magazine into the pistol.

  • Patent number: 8335706
Abstract: A system provides program management for indeterminate scope initiatives. The system includes a user interface, a processor, and a management component. The management component, when executed by the processor, receives initiative data defined by preliminary initiative development, assigns the initiative to a program management team if the initiative is indeterminate in scope, and enables the program management team to develop the initiative to determine whether the initiative is to be developed as multiple projects. The management component assigns the initiative to a project management team if the initiative is not to be developed as multiple projects, and enables the program management team to develop the initiative as multiple projects if the initiative is to be developed as multiple projects. The program management team has a capacity to manage a group of related projects in a coordinated manner to obtain benefits and control unavailable from managing the group of related projects individually.

  • Patent number: 7011877
Abstract: A method of improving the ability of plastic layers of a multi-layered optical disc to bond to adhesive materials includes exposing the plastic layers to a plurality of ions. In one embodiment, one side of a plastic layer of a multi-layered optical disc is exposed to a plurality of non-reactive ions, an adhesive material is applied to the side of the plastic layer that was exposed to the plurality of ions, and a second layer of the optical disc is secured to the adhesive material. In another embodiment, a plurality of ions is formed by directing gas molecules through an electric field, and at least 25% of the width of the plastic layer of the multi-layered optical disc is exposed to the plurality of ions at about the same time. The plastic layer is positioned so that the ions contact the plastic layer while the ions still have a charge, and the disc is moved so that at least 25% of the surface of the plastic layer is exposed to the plurality of ions.
