Abstract: An electronic device holder for uses such as within a motor vehicle. The holder preferably works with gravity and angular forces using the weight of the electronic device, which can be a smart phone or tablet. Top and bottom contact pads can be provided secure and prevent movement of an inserted electronic device. The twisting action of the electronic device to insert the phone into the holder exerts pressure on the lower part of the holder portion, with enough pressure to stabilize and prevent movement or any significant movement of the electronic device with respect to the holder.

Abstract: An illumination device is secured to an object, such as, but not limited to, one or more keys. The illumination device is provided with circuitry such that the bulbs are energized only upon a sufficient shaking force being provided. When the illumination device is located within a purse or carrying bag, shaking of the purse or carrying bag, causes, the illumination device to light up and allow a user to quickly locate his or her keys or other object secured to the illumination device within the purse or carrying bag, amongst the various other objects also contained within the purse or carrying bag.

Abstract: A carrier rack for a car is described for attachment to a car mount. The car mount is connected to the license plate area of the car using the same mounting holes as the license plate. The carrier rack is formed of a simple structure having a main rack member attachable to the car mount and extending generally upright to an upper member which is movably mounted to the main rack member and is reversible for the mounting of bikes or skis. A bike mount is used that provides both vertical and side support of a bike and is convenient to use. Ski mounts are placed on the main rack and upper members to support skis in an adjustable manner.
