Abstract: In an array of cooperating parts useful to form a portable satellite dish antenna mount base an assortment of attachments is provided to secure the base to a marina storage box, structural elements of a stabilized recreational vehicle and also to ground. At the same time the interface between the base and the mount itself may be tapered along interfering tapers to render the assembly and disassembly convenient. Once assembled an end mounting post on the mount is aligned to a vertical alignment with the assistance of a bubble level in the post end to support the dish antenna thereon. The base may further include a magnetic compass to aid in the antenna alignment.

Abstract: An array of cooperating parts useful to form a water ballasted satellite dish antenna mount includes a hollow base container provided with an annulus into which an adjustable mount is keyed and inserted. Once inserted an end mounting post on the mount is aligned to a vertical alignment with the assistance of a bubble level in the post end to support the dish antenna thereon. The base container further includes a magnetic compass on the upper surface thereof with the compass azimuth markings then repeated on the mount. The base container and the mount further include engagement devices for attaching the base and the mount to each other when disassembled.

Abstract: Set out herein is a detachable motorcycle rack assembly which by way of an attachment fixture may be mounted on various motorcycles. The attachment fixture itself includes a strap or a bar provided with a mounting block which includes an offset tab having a longitudinal slot formed therein terminating in an enlarged opening. The rack, in turn, includes a lock having a rotatable insert of elongate section, the section being dimensioned to pass through the slot at one angular alignment thereof and to oppose withdrawal from a slot in a second angular alignment thereof. In this manner the rack may be mounted or demounted from the motorcycle by the simple turning of a key in a structure which is rugged and adapted for motorcycle use.
