Abstract: A window fan system includes a housing unit having a front panel and a rear panel, the front panel and the rear panel having grilles, a fan disposed between the front panel and the rear panel, a covering, and a plurality of fasteners, each including a first fastening member on said housing unit and a second fastening member on said covering designed to connect with said first fastening member. The covering is configurable in a covered state and a stored state, a grille on said front panel or said rear panel is covered by the covering in the covered state and the grille on said front panel or said rear panel is not covered by the covering in the uncovered state. A holder supports the covering in the stored states, and the holder includes one of the plurality of fasteners, a storage fastener that is different from the plurality of fasteners, and a retainer.

Abstract: A new and novel window fan with a cover is provided which comprises a housing unit having a front panel and a rear panel, the front and rear panels having grills; a fan disposed between the front and rear panels; a motor; a control element; a cover; a plurality of first fastening members on the housing unit; and a plurality of second fastening members on the cover designed to connect with the plurality of first fastening members on the housing unit. A new and novel window fan cover is also provided which includes a plurality of fastening members for attaching to the window fan.

Abstract: A writing instrument includes a barrel having a hollow channel, an open end and a closed end. A cartridge is slidably movable in the hollow channel and the cartridge has a nib in fluid communication with a reservoir. An arm is pivotably mounted to the barrel and a cap is attached to the arm, the cap is adapted to close the open end of the barrel when the arm is in a closed position. As the arm pivots, moving the cap from the closed position to an open position, the cartridge extends toward the open end of the barrel and exposes the nib. When the arm is rotated approximately 180 degrees, the nib is fully extended and ready for use.

Abstract: The present invention provides an improved drain assembly having a drain stopper assembly in operational communication with an actuation assembly. The drain stopper assembly includes an elongate one-piece housing with a longitudinal body coextensive with proximal and distal extents of the housing and defining a lumen therein. A flange portion at the proximal extent has a fluid egress for delivery of fluids from a sanitary vessel to the housing lumen. The housing body has an inner circumferential surface of predetermined inner diameter and an outer circumferential surface of predetermined outer diameter. A linearly reciprocatable drain stopper is provided that has a closure head proximate which an elongate shaft depends. The stopper reciprocates between a fully closed position, wherein the closure head obstructs the fluid egress, and a fully open position, wherein the fluid egress remains unobstructed.
