    Abstract: The invention includes a structural panel having a panel core. A truss with a plurality of rebar receiving bends that project beyond a surface of the panel core and a mesh proximate a surface of the panel core can be provided. Rebar can be received within the rebar receiving bends. A mesh can be provided proximate to the panel core, with a portion of the mesh extending beyond a surface of the panel core. The panel core can define a structural member receiving channel, and a structural member can be received with the structural member receiving channel.
