  • Patent number: 11079400
Abstract: An apparatus receives environmental data indicative of environmental parameters in a vicinity of a smart tray bearing a product thereon. The apparatus receives from the smart tray, network data being transmitted to the product via a network port in the smart tray. At least one outlier in the environmental data or the network data is identified. An action to be executed at the smart tray is determined in response to identifying the outlier.

Date of Patent: August 3, 2021
Assignee: Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP
Inventors: Sung Oh, Barry L. Goodwin
  • Patent number: 10430593
Abstract: Example implementations relate to boot images for units under test. In an example implementation, responsive to a unit under test (UUT) being booted to a default boot image, a system receives a key pair from the UUT, creates a unique boot image that includes a private key of the key pair, associates the unique boot image with an identification of the UUT, and registers a MAC address of the UUT. The system may provide the unique boot image to the UUT upon detection of the registered MAC address, authenticate with the UUT using the key pair, and verify that the UUT booted to the unique boot image bears the identification associated with unique boot image. Upon a successful verification, the system may execute a test suite with the UUT.

  • Publication number: 20180091515
Abstract: Examples herein disclose a computer-readable medium, system, and method for distribution of code to an authorized target infrastructure within a manufacturing environment. Prior to deployment of the target infrastructure, receive a digital signature corresponding to the target infrastructure. In response to a determination that the target infrastructure is authorized to receive code via the digital signature, distribute code to the target infrastructure.

  • Publication number: 20160212029
Abstract: Examples disclose a passive device comprising a relay to receive a control input from a networking switch. The control input is received based on an identification of the passive device as power over Ethernet (PoE) compliant. The relay is further to supply an output power to a load. Additionally, the passive device is to receive the control input and supply the output power without a controller and associated coding.

  • Publication number: 20140325275
Abstract: A factory computing system tests customer computing systems that one or more customers have ordered, prior to shipment of the customer computing systems to the one or more customers. In response to the factory computing system determining that a number of the customer computing systems being tested exceeds a threshold, the factory computing system uses a selected customer computing system of the customer computing systems to temporarily assist in testing other of the customer computing systems.
