    Abstract: Clacker apparatus includes a base portion, including a handle, and one or two clacker elements secured to the base element. The clacker elements are secured by means of a rivet or the like, and the elements are freely movable relative to each other to allow the clacker elements to contact the base element over substantially the entire area. The bottom of the base element may include an aperture for receiving streamers or a chain.
