  • Patent number: 8256578
Abstract: An industrial truck has a vehicle frame (1), a lifting framework (4) attached to the vehicle frame (1) and two wheel arms which extend in the horizontal direction. The wheel arm is connected to the vehicle frame (1) and at the free end of which at least one running wheel (3) is arranged. Each wheel arm has a first longitudinal structural part (2) which is a component of the vehicle frame (1) and has a second longitudinal structural part (5) which is a component of the lifting framework (4). The running wheel (3) is arranged on the first longitudinal structural part (2).

  • Patent number: 7591334
Abstract: An industrial truck, in particular a reach truck or reach-fork truck, has a maintenance opening. At least the following components are accessible through the same maintenance opening: at least one electric connector (10, 16, 17), a hydraulic tank (4) for level monitoring and/or for topping up hydraulic fluid, and electrical fuses (9). Furthermore, a brake fluid container (7) can be accessible through the maintenance opening for level monitoring and/or for topping up brake fluid, as can a hydraulic oil filter (5). The maintenance opening can be closed with a door, preferably with a folding door (1).

  • Patent number: 7407038
Abstract: A lifting framework for an industrial truck has an extendible mast guided on a guide mast by rollers. Means are provided for bracing the extendible mast with the guide mast so as to prevent the extendible mast from inclining in the lateral direction of the lifting framework relative to the guide mast. The bracing means are configured such that, when the extendible mast is located in the top end position, a vertical movement of the extendible mast relative to the guide mast is prevented in the region of each of the two columns. A hydraulic lifting cylinder and a stop for the top end position of the extendible mast are arranged here in the region of each column.

  • Patent number: 6851915
Abstract: The subject of the invention is a load handling device for an industrial truck having a lift frame, a lift carriage which can be displaced along the lift frame, and a reach carriage guided so as to move on the lift carriage. A load pick-up device is arranged on the reach carriage. According to the invention, the lift carriage is guided on the outer sides of the lift frame by rollers, and the reach carriage is guided on the outer sides of the lift carriage. In order to displace the reach carriage, a hydraulic reach cylinder is provided on each side of the lift frame and is fixed at one end to the lift carriage and at the other end to the reach carriage.

  • Patent number: 6345677
Abstract: An industrial truck has a driving part, a load-receiving device, and at least one battery block located in the region of the driving part. At least one battery block can be removed from the driving part in the direction of one main driving direction of the industrial truck. Preferably, the battery block can be moved out of the driving part in the direction of the load-receiving device. Where the industrial truck incorporates a lifting framework, the battery block can be moved through a free space located between two pillars of the lifting framework. The industrial truck can be in the form of a reach truck.
