Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for using video/still images captured by continuously recording optical sensors mounted on waste collection vehicles used in in the waste collection, disposal and recycling industry for operational and customer service related purposes. A system is provided for auditing the fill status of a customer waste container by a waste services provider during performance of a waste service activity.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein relate to a liquid handling device, comprising: an inlet conduit configured to receive a liquid sample; a first flow path comprising a sample adequacy control chamber in fluidic communication with the inlet conduit, wherein the sample adequacy control chamber is configured to allow the presence or absence of a volume of liquid within the sample adequacy control chamber to be determined; and a second flow path in fluidic communication with the inlet conduit, wherein the second flow path is configured to provide a higher hydraulic resistance than the first flow path.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method, a system and a computer program product for communication across a network of computational devices. The present invention makes use of a virtual environment module for communication. The virtual environment module is utilized by a first user to communicate with one or more groups of contacts, who are connected to the first user via the networks of data-processing units. The first user utilizes various functions present in the virtual environment module, to send information to or receive information from the one or more groups of contacts. Further, the first user can also select the one or more groups of contacts with whom he/she wishes to communicate.
