    Abstract: A method of improving patient recovery after a surgery includes: providing a pre-operative protocol, the pre-operative protocol having a first set of instructions for the consumption of a first nutritional supplement; and providing a post-operative protocol, the post-operative protocol having a second set of instructions for the consumption of a second nutritional supplement. The first set of instructions has an instruction to consume or administer the pre-operative protocol for seven days prior to the surgery. The first nutritional supplement has a base, vitamin D, Calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, ashwagandha, glutamine, and arginine in quantities selected to improve recovery after surgery. The second set of instructions has an instruction to consume or administer the post-operative protocol for thirty days after surgery.

The controller is operable to axially move the first mandrel and the second mandrel toward one another until the first and second tapered sidewalls are opposing respective beads of a tire, and supply pressurized fluid into an internal cavity of the tire to inflate the tire. The inflating causing the beads to move relative to mandrels while contacting the opposing respective tapered sidewalls to burnish the beads of the tire.

A light coupling device is to: transmit light, from a light source, through the proximal end of the transparent crystal, and focus, into a spectrometer, light received reflected back from a combination of the distal surface, a surface of the transparent thin film, and a surface of a process film layer deposited on the transparent thin film. The spectrometer is to detect a first spectrum within the focused light that is representative of the process film layer.
