  • Patent number: 12197269
Abstract: An information handling system may include a processor, a memory, a radio to transceive wirelessly via an antenna with a wireless network, and a touchpad to receive touch input via a surface of the touchpad when the information handling system is detected in a clamshell configuration, where the touch input is received by a touchpad driver and processed to a corresponding touch input command. An orientation sensor to detect when the information handling system is changed to a tablet configuration and a controller to deactivate the touchpad to receive the touch input for processing to a corresponding touch input command and to activate and operatively couple a metallic layer of the touchpad to a proximity sensor integrated circuit to detect when a user's body is close to the antenna to reduce the power for transmission via the antenna to reduce a specific absorption rate (SAR) level.

  • Publication number: 20240290592
Abstract: A method includes embedding at least part of a transparent crystal within a wall and a liner of a processing chamber, depositing a transparent thin film on a surface of the transparent crystal that is exposed to an interior of the processing chamber and depositing a process film layer on the transparent thin film. The method includes receiving light reflected back from a surface of the transparent thin film and a surface of the process film layer and detecting, by a spectrometer within the received light, a first spectrum that is representative of the process film layer. The method includes calculating, by a processing device coupled to the spectrometer, a process drift of the processing chamber based at least in part on the first spectrum.

Abstract: A semiconductor device configured for individual reliability testing of a bit cell in a static random-access memory (SRAM). An SRAM includes a plurality of transistors. A first inverter and a second inverter cross-coupled to the first inverter are constructed of the plurality of transistors. A first access transistor and a second access transistor of the plurality of transistors are configured to share a word line bias. The second inverter and the second access transistor have a shared first gate connection and form respective bit cell devices each with two contacts. At least one contact of each of the respective bit cell devices is a floating diffusion contact, and a second contact of each of the respective bit cells is configured to be individually biased for reliability testing.

  • Patent number: 12009191
Abstract: A system includes a transparent crystal, at least part of which is embedded within a wall and a liner of a processing chamber. The transparent crystal has a proximal end and a distal end, the distal end having a distal surface exposed to an interior of the processing chamber. A transparent thin film is deposited on the distal surface and has chemical properties substantially matching those of the liner. A light coupling device is to: transmit light, from a light source, through the proximal end of the transparent crystal, and focus, into a spectrometer, light received reflected back from a combination of the distal surface, a surface of the transparent thin film, and a surface of a process film layer deposited on the transparent thin film. The spectrometer is to detect a first spectrum within the focused light that is representative of the process film layer.

  • Patent number: 11977733
Abstract: An information handling system touchpad includes an application area with a display to present control icons of an application executing on the information handling system, such as camera and microphone icons to control camera and microphone functions of a videoconference application. The touchpad dynamically scales between a first configuration that accepts cursor inputs at the full touch detection surface area and a second configuration that limits cursor inputs to touches in a first portion of the touch detection surface and presents control icons in a second portion, such as by applying different touch analysis logic to end user touches in the first and second portions.
