  • Publication number: 20240141524
Abstract: A process and apparatus for electrolyte solution production can be provided so that a modular production can be provided. The modular electrolyte production can be provided so that the production system is mobile for being used in multiple different plants at different geographical locations that are remote from each other. Embodiments can be configured so that electrolyte production is made for a plant specific application that provides an electrolyte solution having a pre-selected concentration of at least one electrolyte for use in at least one electrolyzer of the plant. The production can be mobile so it can be provided at different sites to make the same type of solutions or different solutions specific to the needs of the plants it may support. Some embodiments can utilize an electrolyte material handling device that also modular and mobile. Other embodiments can be configured to utilize an on-site electrolyte material handling device.

  • Publication number: 20230419413
Abstract: A system and method for guiding a user after an accident and gathering relevant data for an insurance claim and/or a coverage determination. The system includes a mobile device having a memory element, processing element, communication element and user interface. The mobile device may also include a sensor and/or global positioning system. The user interface and/or sensor of the mobile device (e.g., microphone, GPS, camera, etc.) may receive information relevant to an insurance claim, including by directing a user to capture images of relevant objects and/or querying the user for verbal description(s) of facts regarding the accident. The information gathered may be saved on the memory element of the mobile device. The information may also be transmitted to a server via a network in the form of a structured incident data report.

  • Publication number: 20230050673
Abstract: A water producing system for a photovoltaic panel may include a moisture collection layer, a liquid transfer mat, and a moisture collection substrate. The moisture collection layer may collect moisture from condensation and direct moisture away from the photovoltaic panel. The liquid transfer mat may include a plurality of tubes through which a chilled heat transfer liquid passes. The moisture collection substrate may include a thermally conductive material. The chilled heat transfer liquid within the liquid transfer mat may absorb heat from the photovoltaic panel and from ambient air through the moisture collection substrate, thereby reducing a temperature of the photovoltaic panel and condensing water on the moisture collection substrate to produce water.

  • Publication number: 20220376653
Abstract: A waste heat recovery system for a photovoltaic panel may include an open loop system and a closed loop system. The open loop system includes an electric insulator layer and a moisture collection layer. The moisture collection layer may collect moisture from condensation and to direct moisture away from the photovoltaic panel. The closed loop system may be positioned adjacent to the open loop system. The closed loop system may include a liquid transfer mat that has a plurality of tubes through which a liquid passes to absorb heat from the photovoltaic panel. The open loop system is configured to encourage heat transfer from the photovoltaic panel to the closed loop system.

  • Patent number: 10779699
Abstract: A wipe is used with the thumb and at least one finger of one hand of a person. The wipe includes a shell which has a proximal end, a distal end, an outside surface, an inside surface, and an internal cavity. The shell is downwardly tapered from the proximal end to the distal end. The proximal end is open and includes a circular edge. The distal end is dome-shaped. The inside surface includes a ceiling at the distal end. A tab is connected to the ceiling, the tab projects toward the proximal end. The internal cavity is shaped and dimensioned to receive the thumb and at least one finger of the person with the tab disposed between the thumb and the at least one finger of the person.
