  • Publication number: 20060141932
Abstract: Described is a system which includes a wireless arrangement and a mobile unit. The mobile unit includes a wireless transducer and a data acquisition arrangement (“DAA”). The DAA obtains identification data from a marker which is situated on a permanent fixture at a predetermined location. The wireless transducer sends a transmission to the wireless arrangement. The transmission includes the identification data and wireless transmission data. The wireless arrangement analyzes the identification data to determine the predetermined location. The wireless arrangement determines wireless coverage data at the location as a function of the transmission data.
