  • Publication number: 20020113138
Abstract: The present invention relates to a Water-Ball structure, which is comprised of a base, a water pumping and draining device, a model, a waterproof separating plate, a motor, and a transparent upper lid. Wherein, an appropriate proportion of oil and water are poured into a closed space, which is formed by the waterproof separating plate and the transparent upper lid. By the characteristic that oil is lighter than water and by the motion of the water pumping and draining device, the water, sunk in lower layer, is injected into upper oil layer through the pipelines inside the interior of the model. The major characteristic is that each magnetic element is arranged respectively on the rotating blade of the water pumping and draining device and the axis center of the motor. When the motor, arranged under the waterproof separating plate, is rotating, it will directly active the rotating blade located above the waterproof separating plate to rotate by magnetic power.

  • Patent number: 5980355
Abstract: A transmission mechanism for music box ornament includes a music box which houses therein a wind-up spring and a barrel as a power source, a holding frame attached to the body has a pair of spaced flanges holding a sleeve therebetween and a drive wheel attached to the spindle of the barrel having a stub slidably engages with a slot in a motion bar. The motion bar has a finger attached to a bottom end of a tappet rod which moveably runs through the sleeve. The sleeve has an axial slit on a lateral wall to enable the finger to move axially up or down. There is an ornament attached to the top end of the tappet rod. When the wind-up spring is activated and music is sound, the spindle rotates and turn the drive wheel which in turn moves the tappet rod up or down through the holding bar. The tappet rod moves in the sleeve smoothly and steadily. The ornament attached to the tappet rod also is moved up or down steadily to create amusement effect.

  • Patent number: 5934557
Abstract: A decorative fountain includes a body, a motor pump housed in a water box, a water deflector and an IC battery chamber housed at the bottom of the body. The body includes a base which has a lower water trough which holds the water box and a top cover including an upper trough which attaches the water deflector at an opening thereof. The water box has a water inlet fluidly communicates with the lower water trough. The motor pump has a water outlet leading to the upper trough. Activating the motor pump, water will be pumped from the lower water trough to the upper trough and then drops to the lower water trough for continuous circulation. The IC battery chamber is located below the water troughs and thus is free from water moisture erosion. The base and the top cover may be integrally formed. The body therefore may be made water tight without additional painting work. It is simple to produce and assemble, and also more reliable and trouble free.

  • Patent number: 5696333
Abstract: A music jewelry cabinet having a space left behind a top drawer thereof for mounting a music-producing means therein. A spring winding shaft projects from the music-producing means to extend out of a back of the cabinet so that it is easily accessible for winding a spring of the music-producing means. A cylinder having bosses on its circumferential surface has a shaft upward extended into a showcase with clear door above the drawer to connect an ornament thereto. When the spring winding shaft is turned and then released, the spring of the music-producing means releases the stored kinetic energy to rotate the cylinder to produce pleasant music and to rotate the ornament. A braking shaft backward projects from a back wall of the top drawer and will insert into a flywheel when the drawer is closed, so that the flywheel is stuck and the cylinder is prevented from rotating at the same time.
