Abstract: A skewer including a motor assembly. The skewer includes a fork selectively engagable with the motor assembly. The skewer further includes a housing configured to receive and hold the motor assembly. The fork is selectively rotatable via the motor assembly. The motor assembly includes a battery and a motor configured to selectively receive power from the battery. The motor assembly further includes a coupling engaged with the motor. The coupling is selectively rotatable via the motor. A method of using the skewer, includes selectively engaging a fork with a housing of the skewer. The method further includes receiving a food product on the fork and placing the food product at least partially over a heat source. The method further include rotating the fork via a motor assembly without moving a user's hand.

Abstract: Sprinkler systems and irrigation methods are provided. A sprinkler system for irrigating zones with different spray patterns includes a sprinkler head releasably connectable to a first controller and a second controller. The sprinkler head includes an interface for receiving: a first input causing the sprinkler head to irrigate with a first spray pattern; and a second input causing the sprinkler head to irrigate with a second spray pattern different from the first spray pattern. The first controller stores the first input provides the first input to the sprinkler head to cause the sprinkler head to irrigate with the first spray pattern during irrigation of a first zone. The second controller stores the second input and provides the second input to the sprinkler head to cause the sprinkler head to irrigate with the second spray pattern during irrigation of a second zone.

Abstract: A protective garment assembly can include an elongate main portion having a length that extends between first and second ends. The main portion can include an upper fabric layer and a lower fabric layer. At least one energy-absorbing layer can be arranged between the upper and lower fabric layers and can extend at least partially between the first and second ends. At least one high-strength strip can be arranged between the upper and lower fabric layers adjacent to the at least one energy-absorbing layer. A plurality of armor elements can be arranged between the upper and lower fabric layers adjacent to the at least one energy-absorbing layer and the at least one high-strength strip.

Abstract: A grill basket including a basket portion having a bottom with sides extending upwardly and outwardly therefrom. A handle is removably engageable with one of a plurality of engagement assemblies that are provided on different sides of the basket portion. The handle is selectively engaged with different engagement assemblies in order to change the orientation in which the grill basket is able to be used. The grill basket further includes one or more removable dividers that are movable between a storage position and a use position. In the storage position the one or more dividers are located proximate one or more sides of the basket portion and an interior compartment of the basket portion is substantially the same size as when the one or more dividers are completely removed from the basket portion. In the use position, the dividers are placed to divide the interior compartment into smaller compartments.

Abstract: A mattress for use during recovery from buttock surgery includes a first wall and opposed second wall, a peripheral wall, and an interior wall extending between the first wall and second wall, with the interior wall being spaced inwardly from the peripheral wall. A bore bounded and defined by the interior wall has a first opening defined in the first wall and a second opening defined in the second wall. The first opening is of a first dimension and the second opening is of a different second dimension. In particular, the first opening is larger than the second opening. A cup holder is provided in each of the first wall and the second wall. A first pocket is provided on a first side of the mattress and a second pocket is provided on a second side of the mattress. The first pocket is inverted relative to the second pocket.

Abstract: A flossing device and related method of use to aid in holding and tensioning a flossing material during flossing of teeth. The device is closable as a clam shell or may otherwise enclose a portion of flossing material, such as a spool of flossing material. The device includes a tensioning feature to enable a user to adjust exposed flossing material to a desired tension, as well as re-tensioning that material when it becomes slack. The device includes a floss anchor mechanism to aid in retention of flossing material within the device as well as optionally aiding in tensioning of the flossing material. Exposed flossing material is tensioned by means of a slidable mechanism which may be at least partially exposed.

Abstract: A myofascial release apparatus (MRA) for relieving at least one hyperirritable area via the vibrational energy in one of interior to an oral cavity and exterior to the oral cavity. MRA may include a handle and a motor that is operably engaged with the handle and is configured to generate a mechanical energy. MRA may also include a drive assembly that is operably engaged with the motor and the handle and is configured to generate a vibrational energy. MRA may also include an electrical control assembly that is electrically connected with the motor for controlling said motor. MRA may also include at least one head component operably connected with the handle and the drive assembly. The at least one head component is removable from the handle and the motor and is configured to relieve at least one hyperirritable area via the vibrational energy.

Abstract: A method of relieving a hyperirritable area on or surrounding a mandible. The method may include steps of selecting a first head component from a set of head components of a myofascial release apparatus (MRA); connecting the first head component with a handle of the MRA; locating the hyperirritable area on or surrounding the mandible of a patient experiencing muscle tension; contacting the hyperirritable area, via a contact member of the first head component, on or surrounding the mandible of the patient; actuating a motor of the MRA, via an electrical control assembly of the MRA, from an OFF state to an ON state for vibrating the first head component at at least one predetermined frequency; and relieving the hyperirritable area on or surrounding the mandible. Optional steps may be included when using other head components provided in the set of head components.
