Abstract: A building management system comprising an integrated sensor and control system integrated on a single application specific integrated circuit (ASIC). The ASIC combines sensor inputs necessary to monitor ambient light levels, light color, occupation/motion sensors, security sensors, temperature and humidity, barometric pressure, smoke and toxic substance sensors, and a processor to receive the sensor inputs and deliver control output signals to effect changes and make settings to each of the environmental systems that are monitored. The ASIC also provides human interface processing for operator control of each environmental system.

Abstract: A system for the provision of container blocks of fluid to locations in need of said fluid in which system the containers also function as structural elements. The system further comprises structural elements that complement the fluid container blocks, including base tracks, roof rafters, roof material, door and window flap materials. Connecting clips and anchoring spikes function to secure the fluid blocks together and to the ground to form a solid structure. The system provides the means to deliver an emergency supply of water or other fluid to a disaster area or underdeveloped location along with the means to erect temporary structures for shelter using the container blocks as the basic structural element.

A detection device senses the entry of a person into a first space controlled by the system. A micro-controller activates the lights in that space for immediate light and in the adjacent spaces in preparation for the person to traverse the spaces in either direction from the origin space. As the person traverses the contiguous spaces, controllers in each space sense the person's presence and communicate by RF signals to activate lights along the person's path. The controllers extinguish their lights a predetermined time after the person passes or no one enters a space.
