Abstract: An applicator for liquid scalp medicine is provided. The applicator includes a reservoir to which a plurality of hollow tines is connected, each tine having a resilient, flexible tip at its end. An aperture is formed in each of the flexible tips, for adjusting the amount of medicine flowing through the aperture in response to pressure applied by the flexible tip against the scalp. The aperture is a slit formed in the surface of the tip. The aperture closes when no pressure is applied by the tip against the scalp. The flow of medicine is thereby stopped. The applicator may be refillable, and may be either a single unit dose applicator or an applicator capable of carrying multiple doses.
