    Abstract: A lampshade comprises a plurality of panels (28) joined to one another edge to edge. Each panel is formed of a laminate comprising a relatively stiff substrate material (33) and an overlying relatively flexible decorative layer (36). At each join between adjacent panels, the flexible layer (36) of at least one of the panels (28) extends beyond the edge of the substrate to form a loose flap that serves to conceal the edge of the substrate material (33).
