    Abstract: Disclosed Is a method for pulling a stator winding system of an electric machine into a stator lamination stack of the electric machine and to a winding tool, with the stator lamination stack having stator grooves which run parallel to a rotation axis of the electric machine and are distributed in a circle around the rotation axis and open thereto and which have on an end facing the rotation axis a gap region which is narrowed relative to the rest of the stator groove. Windings are arranged in the stator grooves, and winding overhangs, as seen in the direction of the rotation axis, protrude from the stator lamination stack at the two axial ends thereof, with the windings formed in the stator grooves as laid windings. The stator lamination stack has no guide structures on the two axial ends for guiding the individual turns of the windings.

    Abstract: A stator of an electric machine includes a laminated core having slots for receiving windings of a multiphase winding system. The windings have winding ends, which are encased with an insulator across a partial length. In order to encase the winding ends with the insulator, a strand of a thermoplastic material is extruded onto the winding ends via a nozzle. During extrusion, the nozzle is moved relative to the winding end along the longitudinal extent thereof and an oscillating movement of the nozzle transversely to the longitudinal extent of the winding end overlays the movement along the longitudinal extent. As a result the thermoplastic material lies on the winding end and around the respective winding end in the form of loops.

Each of the two electrical conductors is electrically connected to at least one of the conductor tracks with the proviso that none of the conductor tracks is electrically connected to both of the two electrical conductors. The conductor tracks are configured such that a prespecified overvoltage between the two electrical conductors causes a partial discharge that changes the electrical resistance of the one conductor track between the one conductor track and another one of the conductor tracks that is electrically connected to one of the two electrical conductors.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to electrical machines. The teachings thereof may be embodied in a resistance coating for a corona shielding system in an electrical machine, for example a medium- or high-voltage machine, such as a generator in a power plant for generation of electrical energy, but also other electrical equipment having a relatively high rated voltage, such as transformers, bushings, cables etc. In some embodiments, a resistance coating for an electrical machine may include: an electrically insulating matrix; electrically conductive particles incorporated into the matrix in the form of a metal oxide in platelet form with a conductivity generated by doping. A percolation threshold of the resistance coating is exceeded in two orthogonal directions providing a conductivity of the resistance coating in the two orthogonal directions higher by at least a factor of 10, than in a third orthogonal direction.

The surface coating may be applied to a blade of a wind turbine by applying the conductive coating in liquid form to the blade, allowing the surface coating to harden at room temperature, and pyrolyzing the surface coating via short periods at temperatures up to 700° C. to form a glassy, electrically conductive coating that is resistant to temperature changes.

    Abstract: A thermoelectric generator pipe for producing electrical energy, surrounds a heat source or a heat sink. The generator pipe is formed by a helix structure having an inner and outer conductor strips that are electrically conductive. The first and second layers are formed respectively from n-doped and p-doped, thermoelectric and percolating particles.
