  • Patent number: 11713521
Abstract: A pulling mechanism for controlling the heald frames of a loom equipped with a shedding machine includes a set of connecting rods and oscillating levers (72) coupled to the set of connecting rods, for each heald frame, for returning a movement of the shedding machine to the heald frame. The pulling mechanism includes at least one measuring portion (72C), equipped with a target (100) configured to interact with a sensor (110). For easier mounting and dismounting of the targets on the measuring portions, each measuring portion is provided on a peripheral wall of one of the oscillating levers (72), or a stabilizer of the pulling mechanism, the target being reversibly mounted on the measuring portion (72C).

  • Publication number: 20230235488
Abstract: A shedding assembly with a shedding machine includes an eccentric system which defines an eccentric center distance, a first connecting rod, actuated by the eccentric system to actuate a first lever and defining a connecting rod center distance, and a second connecting rod, making the first lever pivot in conjunction with that of a second lever to actuate a heald frame. To facilitate adjustment, the shedding machine includes an adjustment system, which allows at least one adjustment configuration where one of the center-to-center distances is adjustable, as well as a follower member equipping the second connecting rod. The shedding assembly comprises a flap for moving the second connecting rod by driving the follower member for adjusting the center distance when the adjustment system is in the adjustment configuration.

  • Publication number: 20230075656
Abstract: A shedding machine includes an eccentric system rotatable about a main axis; a lever; and a transmission rod, coupled to the eccentric system and pivotally to the lever about the eccentric axis and connecting rod axis spaced apart by a connecting rod center distance, the main axis and the eccentric axis being spaced apart by an eccentric center distance. To facilitate the adjustment of the stroke of a heald frame operated by the machine, which includes an adjustment system, allowing an adjustment configuration where the eccentric distance or connecting rod distance is adjustable, and a locked configuration where these distances are fixed. The machine also includes a locking system, which allows lever locking and lever release configurations.

  • Patent number: 8973620
Abstract: The connecting rod (6) for two articulations with parallel axes and for transmitting the rocking movements of an output lever of a shedding device to a heald frame belonging to a weaving loom, having a first connecting tip connecting to a first articulation and secured to a longitudinal bar, a second connecting tip (62) connecting to a second articulation and including members for clamping the bar that are accessible from one side of the connecting rod, and members (64) for separating the tips along a longitudinal axis (X6) of the connecting rod. The separating member having a bearing member (640) on an inclined surface (612; 630) whereof the normal is comprised in a plane (P6) perpendicular to the axes of the articulations and is inclined relative to the longitudinal axis (X6) of the connecting rod, while the bearing member (640) can be moved in a direction perpendicular to a plane (P34) containing the axes (X3, X4) of the articulations.

  • Patent number: 7748291
Abstract: The lever (11) is fitted with two rollers (20A, 20B) which are supported by a core (21) provided with a mounting bore (21B) on an articulated shaft, wherein the rollers (20A, 20B) are both mounted between two webs of a pair of webs which are added to the core (21). The webs (22A, 23B) are on the whole planar. A first web (22A) of each pair of webs is partially engaged in a hollow housing (21C) created on the lateral surface (21D) of the core (21). The second web (23B) of the same pair is maintained at a distance from the first web. The hollow housings (21C) are created on the two opposite lateral surfaces (21D) of the core (21) of the lever (11).

  • Patent number: 7448415
Abstract: A cam motion machine that includes several cams each defining at least one running track for a follower roller. Each cam is provided with a centering bore that permits mounting of the cam on a drive shaft, while elements are provided to apply a tightening force parallel to the drive shaft with a non-circular section. At least one washer-spacer, for which an internal edge is non-circular and designed to enable an axial displacement of the washer-spacer along the shaft, is fixed to rotate with the shaft and is in contact with at least one of the cams. The washer-spacer may be fixed to the cam by adherence and to the shaft by cooperation of shapes due to complementary projections provided on one of the shaft and the washer-spacer. It would be appreciate if the Examiner would indicate the acceptance of this amendment to the Abstract in the next office communication.
