    Abstract: A tool for roll crimping a flange cover onto a flange, the tool having a body, a first roller having an axis and being supported on and fixed to a first shaft having a coincident axis, and a second roller having an axis and being supported on and fixed to a second shaft having a coincident axis, the rollers being biased toward one another. The first shaft and second shaft are rotatingly driven and one of the axes is movable relative to the body which allows the first and second rollers to move toward one another.
