Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a configuration method that may be applied to a software-defined wide area network (SD-WAN). The method includes: receiving a correspondence between a device identifier of a first device and a first location; sending, to the first device, a verification request related to verifying whether the first device is located at the first location; receiving a verification response to the verification request; and determining, based on the verification response, whether to send configuration information corresponding to the first location to the first device. The methods in the embodiments of this application may be implemented by a software-defined network (SDN) controller.

Abstract: A controller groups a plurality of service application types into a plurality of application type groups based on link quality requirements of the plurality of service application types in a network; determines sending priorities based on the plurality of application type groups; separately determines at least one link for the plurality of application type groups based on link quality requirements of the plurality of application type groups and link quality information of a plurality of links in the network; separately determines network configurations for the plurality of application type groups based on the at least one link separately determined for the plurality of application type groups, the sending priorities of the plurality of application type groups, the link quality requirements of the plurality of application type groups, and a policy recommendation engine; and delivers the network configurations to a policy execution point device.

Abstract: Example data transmission methods and apparatus are described. In one example method, a data distribution point obtains a first correspondence between a first virtual extensible local area network identifier (VXLAN ID) and an address of a first terminal. The data distribution point receives a first VXLAN packet based on a tunnel of a first VXLAN, where the first VXLAN packet includes the first VXLAN ID and first data. The address of the first terminal is determined based on the first VXLAN ID carried in the first VXLAN packet and the first correspondence. The first distribution point sends the first data to the first terminal based on the address of the first terminal.
