  • Publication number: 20250252637
Abstract: A two-stage approach for learning and generating an expressive text-to-motion animation from partially annotated datasets (T2M-X). In an example implementation, T2M-X builds a unified motion dataset based on partially annotated datasets. In the first stage, T2M-X uses the unified motion dataset to train three vector-quantized variational autoencoders (VQ-VAE) for body, hand, and face, respectively, and generate high-quality motion outputs. In the second stage, T2M-X uses the high-quality motion outputs to train a multi-indexing generative pre-trained transformer (GPT) model that includes motion consistency loss and sequence length consistency for learning and then generating coordinated and expressive animations.

  • Publication number: 20250198917
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a spectrometric measuring method and device for measuring a parameter of a liquid medium in which interferences can occur that include bubbles and/or particles with dimensions larger than wavelengths within a measured wavelength range. In this process, measurement spectra are determined and those for which optical saturation has occurred are discarded. A medium spectrum is determined for each of the remaining measurement spectra. A check is then made to determine whether the measurement spectrum contains an offset caused by an interference by using a predetermined reference for a spectrum property that is expected in the absence of interferences. If an offset exists, the offset is subtracted from the corresponding measurement spectrum. Finally, the medium spectra are used to determine measured values of each measurement variable.
