    Abstract: The section insulator for rigid conductor rails has conductive runners, a ramp and an insulating runner, each connected to one conductor rail. The conductor runners (7, 7?) and the ramps (11, 11?) are connected to one another at one end and at their other ends to the conductor rail, wherein the latter mentioned ends are offset relative to each other in the longitudinal direction (3). The two conductor rails (1, 2) are rigidly and torsion-resistantly connected to one another by insulating profiles (5, 6). Insulating runners (14, 14?) are attached to the insulating profiles opposite the respective conductive runner, so that a current collector is properly guided when passing by. An insulating spacing is present between the ends of the conductive runners (7, 7?) and the ends of the closest insulating runner (14, 14?).

In order to prevent corrosion as the result of condensation water, bores (26, 27) are introduced into the clamping arms (7, 8) and are close to tips (9, 10) of the clamping arms, which tips are held by a contact wire (2). Preferably, these bores (26, 27) are fitted in pairs and have a distance of one third of the total length of the busbar from the respective end of the busbar.

The two contact wires (1, 2) of the elastic contact line system are located along the cantilever parallel to the first contact wire (4), which is, in turn, clamped over the entire length of the cantilever. All three contact wires (1, 2, 4) are affixed on several multiple clamps (9) in the area of the cantilever (5), which clamps are located in a distributed manner along the cantilever. The multiple clamps (9) are located in recesses (12) of the cantilever.

    Abstract: An arrangement which eliminates or reduces the negative influence of small variations in the charge-carrier concentration of a semiconductor material upon the longterm stability of a magnetic field sensor such as a Hall element is disclosed. In an illustrative embodiment, the arrangement comprises a magnetic field sensor, a voltage/current converter which provides a supply current to the magnetic field sensor, an amplifier connected sequentially downstream of the voltage/frequency converter, and an analog/digital or voltage/frequency converter connected sequentially downstream of the amplifier. The amplifier provides a transmission ratio which is proportional to (1+.delta.n/n) or (1-.delta.n/n) where n is the carge-carrier concentration of the semiconductor material in which the magnetic field sensor is formed and .delta.n is a variation in time of the charge-carrier concentration n.
