  • Patent number: 12332206
Abstract: A multi-gas sensor includes a defined arrangement of working electrodes and a reference electrode. The reference electrode has two conductively connected single electrodes formed of respective different electrode materials. The working electrode and the single electrodes are preferably each disk-shaped and are arranged in two stacks one on top of another. A process is provided for a quantitative or qualitative determination of two target gases with the multi-gas sensor.

  • Publication number: 20240272111
Abstract: An electrochemical gas sensor is provided. The electrochemical gas sensor has a housing divided in a transverse direction by a partition extending in a height direction of the housing into a housing inner area and a housing outer area, a measuring electrode, a reference electrode, and a hydrophilic membrane. The measuring electrode and the hydrophilic membrane are disposed in the housing inner area. The hydrophilic membrane has a membrane arm for receiving the reference electrode. The membrane arm extends from the housing inner area into the housing outer area so that the reference electrode is disposed in the housing outer area.
