Abstract: The application discloses a use of nanofiber membrane in the preparation of medical apparatus for anti-adhesion after a surgery, wherein small molecule drug, inhibiting vascular endothelial growth factor and/or inhibiting vascular endothelial growth factor receptor, is loaded into the nanofiber membrane. The nanofiber membrane provided in the present application has the following advantages: it has good biocompatibility, excellent mechanical properties, excellent flexibility and smoothness when exposed to water, good air permeability, and has the ability to effectively prevent adhesion between the heart and surrounding tissues. In addition, it can also be applied to other surgical operations, such as prevention of adhesions in the abdominal cavity, pelvis, and tendons.
