    Abstract: A Ganoderma tsugae active substance, produced from Ganoderma tsugae by following steps: (1) liquid culturing Ganoderma tsugae; (2) extracting the fermentation filtrate obtained with ethanol to obtain ethanol extraction precipitate; (3) purifying the ethanol extraction precipitate obtained by gel filtration chromatography to obtain gel filtration chromatographed product; and (4) extracting the gel filtration chromatographed product obtained with acetone to obtain the supernatant as the desired Ganoderma tsugae active substance.
