  • Patent number: 7788539
Abstract: A method to debug a user command that failed to execute on a computing device may include forming a syntactically valid built-up command. The method may also include comparing the user command to the built-up command and analyzing the user command holistically.

  • Publication number: 20100037157
Abstract: A method, information processing system, and computer program product manage information mashups. A first widget is selected from a plurality of widgets. A widget is an entity that at least one of consumes data and produces data. Metadata associated with the first widget is analyzed. The metadata at least includes compatible input type information, compatible output type information, previous usage information, and user feedback information. A second widget is selected from the plurality of widgets based on the metadata associated with the first widget and metadata associated with the second widget. The first widget and the second widget are coupled together.

  • Publication number: 20070260670
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention address deficiencies of the art in respect to scripting integration in a Web application environment and provide a method, system and computer program product for Web application integration with dialogue based scripts. In one embodiment of the invention, a method for integrating a Web application with dialogue-based script input can be provided. The method can include receiving a script input request from an executing script; formatting the script input request from the executing script into a Web form for a Web page and providing the Web page to a content browser; receiving form input in the Web form in the Web page from the content browser and transforming the form input into script input for the executing script; and, providing the script input to the executing script.

  • Publication number: 20060195330
Abstract: A method, computer program product, and a data processing system for selecting services of a business process for execution is provided. Ontological data is read from a data store, and an ontological model representative of the ontological data is then generated. The ontological model is mapped to a business process that comprises a plurality of sub-processes. The ontological model is used to select a subset of the plurality of sub-processes comprising the original business process resulting in a modified business process.

  • Publication number: 20060195332
Abstract: A method, computer program product, and a data processing system for representing service relationships of a business process. A plurality of services are read, and first and second services of the plurality of services are selected. An output and effect of the first service is compared with an input and precondition of the second service. Responsive to the comparison, an evaluation is made to determine if the first service is related to the second service. Related services may then be linked by directed edges in a graph.

  • Publication number: 20060195463
Abstract: A method, computer program product, and a data processing system that facilitates navigation through a directed graph for selection-of sub-processes of a modified business process derived from a business process is provided. A bounding box is used for evaluating and selecting sequences of nodes representative of business sub-processes or services. The bounding box has a predefined depth for limiting the scope of the evaluation. The bounding box is shifted during the evaluation as sequences of nodes are selected. Additionally, state data is maintained such that a sense response model may be employed to detect and account for changes to the environment in previously evaluated services.
