Abstract: The present invention relates to a water diverting strip which is adapted to be affixed to a door jamb over a door way. This strip functions is routing water away from the door opening. In its broadest context, the strip includes two identical halves, with each half including a mounting portion, an extension portion and a trough. The trough is adapted to extend outwardly over the entrance way of a door. Additionally, the first and second halves of the trough are sloped away from one another to faciliate water drainage away from the door opening.
