Abstract: A device for holding an LCD monitor and user input devices in an inverted position for operation while an operator thereof is in a supine position is provided which comprises at least an attachment for a reclinable display system, an attachment for one or more wireless user input devices, power connectors, a stand for bearing the panel above a surface suitable for a supine operator.

Abstract: A method for sound-enabling a plastic card without interfering with the operation of the card consists of drilling small holes in the card in the area that does not have a magnetic strip or embossed characters, and inserting thin integrated circuits containing a touch sensor, a speaker, a rechargeable capacitor and a controller. A thin sticky film is used to hold the system together. Electrical connectors on the surface of the card are used to recharge the battery and to change the recording. The user of the plastic card can activate the sound recording by pushing a touch sensor.

Abstract: A one-touch portable handheld time keeping and recording device displays a list of tasks, the time elapsed and the status for each task on a handheld device with a touch-sensitive display. The user indicates the start or end of a task by touching the task or by clicking on it. If the task is active, the timer for that task is stopped and the task duration is stored. If the task is not active, the timer for that task is activated and any active timer is stopped. The task durations are updated in real-time or periodically. The time information from the one-touch portable handheld time keeping and recording device can be synchronized with a PC and pulled to a central repository where is can be maintained and billed.
