A first end of the jaw has upwardly pointing teeth adapted to drive or press into an underside of a door, while the base has downwardly pointing teeth adapted to drive or press into a floor surface under the door underside. The actuator includes a screw and a threaded collar mounted on the screw so that, when the threaded collar is turned to be driven downward, operates to press downwardly on a proximal portion of the jaw so as to pivot a distal portion of the jaw upward, to press the jaw teeth upward against the door underside and the base teeth against the floor.
