Abstract: In some aspects, methods, systems, and computer-readable medium are disclosed which relate to synchronization and analysis of audio communications data and text data. Some embodiments can provide advantages and benefits in the area of communication surveillance. Some embodiments can provide for a streamlined, holistic communications review which can allow user(s) to unlock risks in voice communications data and/or text data. According to some aspects, and in some example embodiments, alignment of transcription and audio can provide for users to understand communications data more effectively.
