    Abstract: A method of auto-shifting a snowmobile transmission is provided. The method includes receiving a first indication. The first indication corresponds to torque of a motor. The method further includes receiving a second indication. The second indication corresponds to rotations per minute (RPM) of the motor. The method further includes calculating an efficiency of the motor, based on the first indication and the second indication, and shifting, automatically, from a first gear to a second gear, based on the calculated efficiency.
