    Abstract: A super-resolution method for generating a high-resolution (HR) image from a low-resolution (LR) blurred image is provided. The method is based on a transform-invariant directional total variation (TI-DTV) approach with Schattenp=1/2 (S1/2-norm) and L1/2-norm penalties. The S1/2-norm and the L1/2-norm are used to induce a lower-rank component and a sparse component of the LR blurred image so as to determine an affine transform to be adopted in the TI-DTV approach. In particular, the affine transform is determined such that a weighted sum of the S1/2-norm and the L1/2-norm is substantially minimized. Based on the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM), an iterative algorithm is developed to determine the affine transform. The determined affine transform is used to transform a candidate HR image to a transformed image used in computing a directional total variation (DTV), which is involved in determining the HR image.

The method includes obtaining an operation performed by an operator on the electronic device, wherein the operation is capable of producing a force on the electronic device detecting a parameter of the operation; deforming the electronic device in response to the operation when the parameter satisfies a first condition; and generating a control instruction based on the operation when the parameter does not satisfy the first condition or satisfies a second condition, and at the same time maintaining the electronic device to be not deformed or to be deformed in a degree lower than a preset threshold. A false operation can be avoided in the process of bending the flexible screen, and accuracy of operation with respect to the flexible screen can be improved.

    Abstract: An optical fiber environmental detection system comprising an interferometer, a broadband light source and a detector is disclosed. The interferometer further comprises a thin core fiber, a first single mode fiber and a second single mode fiber; wherein the thin core fiber is coupled to the first and second single mode fiber via a first junction and a second junction respectively. When an emission light reaches the first junction, high-order cladding modes will be excited. The excited cladding modes will interfere with the core mode at the second junction. The interferences determine the intensity maximum or minimum of the received signal. When there is an ambient environmental change, a shift of the received signal would be induced. According to the shift, environmental change, for instance ambient temperature, could be determined.
