Abstract: A method and system for facilitating direct trading by generating a transferable tranche are provided. A method includes receiving at least one electronic transaction request from a user; computing a risk score of the at least one electronic transaction; responsive to the at least one electronic transaction being allowed based on the risk score, placing the at least one electronic transaction into a transferable transactions queue; and generating a transferable tranche for allocation of the queued electronic transactions.

Abstract: A method and system for facilitating direct trading of electronic transactions are provided. The method includes receiving a request to approve an electronic transaction; determining if the received electronic transaction is approved based in part on a risk score set for the received electronic transactions; tranching the received electronic transaction in a transferable tranche, wherein the transferable tranche includes a plurality of plurality of approved electronic transactions issued by at least two different users; and providing the transferable tranche to a trading platform to perform at least one action on each of the approved electronic transactions.
