  • Patent number: 10906045
Abstract: A dimensionally stable ring element (1, 2) for a heat exchanger casing (3) includes: a cylindrical sleeve (10, 20) having a cylinder axis (102, 202), a first end (104, 204) and a second end (106, 206) remote from the first end, and having an inner wall (108, 208), a dividing wall (11, 21) which projects inwards from the inner wall (108, 208) of the sleeve (10, 20) and extends helically around the cylinder axis (102, 202) along the inner wall (108, 208) from the first end (104, 204) of the sleeve (10, 20) to the second end (106, 206) of the sleeve (10, 20). At its first end (104, 204) the sleeve (10, 20) includes a projection (109, 116, 209, 216) extending parallel to the cylinder axis (102, 202), which projection is arranged in a predetermined circumferential position on the sleeve (10, 20).

  • Patent number: 10792665
Abstract: An agitator ball mill comprises agitating discs (18) on an agitating shaft, wherein two adjacent agitating discs (18) are bounding a grinding cell, respectively. The agitating discs (18) comprise grinding material passage openings (28) which are only arranged in the immediate proximity of a grinding chamber inner boundary (19), which connect adjacent grinding cells, and which have a radially outer boundary that has a distance R28 starting from the grinding chamber inner boundary (19) in the radial direction of the agitating disc (18). For the ratio of the distance R28 of the radially outer boundaries of the grinding material passage openings (28) to a radial extension R18 of the agitating discs (18), the following condition applies: 0.05·R18?R28?0.25·R18. Otherwise the agitating discs (18) are closed.

  • Patent number: 10464069
Abstract: An agitator ball mill includes a grinding chamber, a rotatably mounted agitator shaft, which protrudes into the grinding chamber and on which agitator elements, in the form of paddle wheels, are arranged spaced apart from one another axially, and an inlet for supplying material to be ground and grinding bodies and an outlet for removal of the ground material. The agitator elements are constructed in such a way that, during operation, they convey a mixture consisting of material to be ground or dispersed and grinding bodies through their interior outwards away from the agitator shaft. In the grinding chamber there are arranged return conveyor elements which are joined to the agitator shaft for conjoint rotation therewith and which convey the mixture laterally alongside and/or between the agitator elements inwards towards the agitator shaft.

  • Patent number: 10173222
Abstract: An agitator ball mill that includes agitating discs (18) on an agitating shaft drivable in a spinning direction (38), which are provided with entraining profiles (35). These entraining profiles (35) are formed by a trailing wall of a respective channel of a plurality of channels (36). In relation to the spinning direction (38) the trailing wall (39) of an inner channel section (49) runs radially straight relative to the central longitudinal axis (15) and has a length f, and has an outer bent-off channel section (41), which is bent off counter to the spinning direction (38). The outer channel sections (41) are closed radially to the outside by a peripheral portion (42) of the agitating disc (18) having a radial width e.
