    Abstract: The present invention relates to exercise equipment, more particularly to an exercise machine that gives the exerciser a variety of movements based on a single concept (that of the pivot), working the whole body without having to change equipment. The apparatus includes a frame having a seat, a vertically extending rod pivotally coupled to the frame and a handle pivotally coupled to the end of the rod. The dual pivoting connections facilitate an exercise movement similar to the paddling motion used with a kayak.
